Celebrity supporters

At Crustacean Compassion, we are proud to be supported by our ambassadors and high-profile supporters who use their influence to advocate for the humane treatment of crabs, lobsters, and other decapod crustaceans. These passionate individuals help raise awareness, drive policy change, and inspire others to take action for these often-overlooked animals.

Our Ambassador

Wendy Turner-Webster

Wendy Turner Webster_edited.jpg

Wendy Turner Webster is a TV presenter/producer, author and award-winning animal welfare campaigner. She was an obvious choice to host Channel 4’s prime time show Absolutely

Animals; a hard-hitting investigative format which was filmed worldwide, and a forerunner to Pet Rescue which Wendy hosted for 7 years.

Wendy’s other TV successes include the BBC1 Saturday night series Your Kids Are In Charge, the hit children’s show You Do Too for  Nickelodeon, Crafty Beggars for TLC and Together TV, and Brits Rescue Romanian Dogs for Together TV and My5.

Wendy has supported Crustacean Compassion since our launch and we're thrilled to have her now become our Ambassador.

“Man’s ability to inflict fear and pain onto a fellow sentient being never ceases to appal me, and I am proud to stand alongside Crustacean Compassion to campaign against the truly evil practices that these beautiful sea creatures currently endure. Let’s all work together to wake up the world and make it stop!”
